Position Details:

Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing

Location: Newcastle City Centre

Hourly Rate: £14 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to various teams

• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Taking minutes during meetings to ensure accurate records

• Booking travel arrangements to facilitate smooth operations

• Managing inboxes efficiently to ensure timely communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience in a senior administrative role is a must

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask

• A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills

• The ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
