Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Note Taker / Scribe for two confidential meetings scheduled on the 24th and 29th September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a professional environment and possesses exceptional typing abilities.

Please note that the successful candidate must be available to attend on both of the required dates.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend two confidential meetings and take accurate, detailed notes throughout each session.

• Record responses to a predetermined set of questions without interpretation or alteration.

• Utilise a provided laptop to document notes in a Word document format using an existing table template.

• Ensure notes are meticulously captured, reflecting the content discussed during the meetings.

Meeting Schedule:

Date: Tuesday 24th September

Time: 3:00 PM (meeting starts at 4:00 PM, duration approximately 2 hours)

Date: Tuesday 29th September

Time: 5:30 PM (duration approximately 2 hours)

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong and accurate typing skills, capable of typing live during meetings.

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all notes are precise and comprehensive.

• Ability to listen attentively while simultaneously recording information.

• Professional demeanour with a commitment to discretion and confidentiality.

• Comfort in handling highly sensitive information, as the candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
