About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tennis Coach to join their esteemed academy program in Norwich . This role involves delivering high-quality coaching to players of all ages and skill levels, with a particular focus on developing junior talent. You will contribute to creating a positive and performance-oriented training environment, helping players improve their technical skills, tactical understanding, and mental resilience, while upholding the academy's reputation for excellence and fostering a lifelong passion for the sport, all within a supportive and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver comprehensive tennis coaching sessions for individuals and groups across various age and ability levels.
• Develop tailored training programs to enhance players' technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning.
• Monitor player progress, provide constructive feedback, and set performance goals.
• Organize and supervise participation in tournaments and match play events.
• Maintain a safe, encouraging, and positive learning environment for all players.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of promising junior talent for the academy.

Requirements

• LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) coaching qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) or equivalent.
• Previous experience coaching tennis, preferably within an academy or club setting.
• Strong knowledge of modern coaching techniques and player development pathways.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid DBS check and a commitment to safeguarding.
