Term-Time Cover Supervisor | Student Support & Behaviour

Murray Park School in the East Midlands is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join during term time. This role offers a structured, supportive environment and a chance to contribute to student progress within a clear routines framework.

The post is 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with pay on NJC scales 7–11 (£23,568–£25,118). The successful candidate will support learning, manage behaviour, and help sustain a calm classroom atmosphere.
