A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Town Planner to join an established planning consultancy in Shrewsbury.

You will work alongside experienced planning professionals, providing planning advice to a diverse client base and assisting with the preparation, submission and progression of planning applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a planner looking to develop their career within a supportive team while gaining exposure to a broad range of projects.

Requirements

Previous experience working within Town Planning, either in the public or private sector A relevant degree in Town Planning or a related discipline Ideally RTPI accredited / working towards RTPI membership Good understanding of the UK planning system and relevant planning policy Experience preparing or supporting planning applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage workloads and work to deadlines Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach Full UK driving licence would be advantageousSalary: £35,000-£40,000
