Trade Marketing Executive - FMCG

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning and implementing point-of-sale materials, promotional activities, and category insights to support the sales team's objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective in-store marketing plans and promotions in collaboration with the sales team.
• Create and manage the production of point-of-sale (POS) materials and display units.
• Analyze trade data and retailer performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing investments.
• Build strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers to ensure effective execution of brand strategies.
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and market insights.
• Monitor competitor trade activities and identify best practices for in-store execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Trade Marketing or a similar marketing role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper marketing principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
