This hybrid role offers a mix of strategic planning and in-person engagement, focusing on developing and executing impactful in-store and channel marketing initiatives. You will work closely with sales and brand teams to ensure our client's products stand out on shelves and meet commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing plans to support brand and sales objectives within key retail channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand retailer needs and develop tailored promotional programs.
- Create compelling point-of-sale materials and in-store merchandising solutions.
- Analyze trade promotion effectiveness and ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets for trade marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay informed about retail trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Trade Marketing or a related marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry .
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful in-store promotions and merchandising strategies.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and the dynamics of the FMCG market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
