This role is essential for developing and executing effective in-store and shopper marketing strategies that connect brands with consumers at the point of purchase. You will collaborate closely with sales, brand, and retail teams to create compelling promotional activities and optimize brand visibility in retail environments. This hybrid role offers a dynamic blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, based in and around Oxford .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support brand objectives and sales targets in retail channels.
• Create engaging point-of-sale materials and in-store promotions.
• Analyse trade spend effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with retail partners to develop joint business plans and promotional calendars.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitor trade activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade marketing or shopper marketing, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer purchasing behaviour.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with regular presence required in Oxford .
