Traffic Management Trainee: Outdoor Field Role + Training

VolkerWessels UK, via VolkerHighways, is seeking a Trainee Operative to join the Traffic Management team based at the Clutton depot near Bristol. You will work with direct labour and subcontract labour, helping meet targets and deadlines on site, including operating traffic lights and plant when trained and certificated.

The role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, communicates effectively, and takes initiative. NHSS 12D M1/2 and NHSS 12A/B qualifications are preferred.
