Traffic Management Trainee – Outdoor Role & Training

VolkerHighways is seeking a Trainee Operative to join our Traffic Management team at the Brentwood Depot. You will work with direct labour and sub-contract teams, operating traffic lights and plant where certificated, and support various Traffic Management tasks as part of a busy operations environment.

Ideal candidates have highways or reactive maintenance experience, strong communication, and enjoy outdoor work. NHSS 12D M1/2 and NHSS 12 A/B certifications are required for this role.
