Our client is growing their Nottingham team and wants to hear from ambitious, articulate individuals ready to start a career in marketing. As a Trainee Marketing Executive, you'll get hands-on experience across live campaigns, working directly with the public to represent well-known brands and bring marketing strategies to life in the real world.

This is a practical, fast-paced introduction to marketing — you'll learn by doing, not by sitting through theory. Full training and mentoring are provided from day one.

What You'Ll Be Doing

• Representing client brands and campaigns directly to the public

• Learning how marketing campaigns are planned, delivered, and measured in practice

• Engaging customers and gathering feedback that shapes campaign performance

• Supporting the sales and sign-up process during live campaigns

• Working towards individual and team performance goals

• Taking part in structured training covering marketing fundamentals, communication, and campaign strategy

• Progressing toward more senior marketing and account responsibilities over time

Pay & Progression

• £650–£800 OTE per week

• Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
