Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant

Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant

Location: Warrington (WA2 7LT)

Salary: £25,000 + Bonus + Commission

Have you recently graduated or completed your studies within a healthcare, medical, or life sciences discipline, and now find yourself considering alternative career paths? Are you looking for a role where you can still utilise your sector understanding and empathy, but within a highly consultative environment? Perhaps you realise your true strengths lie in building meaningful relationships, guiding others, and solving complex problems, rather than working directly on the clinical frontline. If you want to retain your connection to healthcare while developing a long-term career where you make a genuine impact on the sector by connecting the right people, this is an opportunity to transition your academic background into professional talent advisory.

Here at Levicare, we define our success by the quality of our expertise and the strength of our team. We focus on future innovations within the healthcare sector and invest in the best and most diverse talent to deliver an exceptional, human-focused service. We provide a supportive environment where you will benefit from those who came before you, receiving the exact tools and mentorship required.
