Training Manager

Location: Hampshire Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm Salary: Competitive

We're currently searching for an experienced Training Manager to lead training and capability development across a busy manufacturing site based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading training activities within regulated manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

Develop and deliver the site training strategy Lead and develop trainers and training coordinators Manage competency frameworks, training matrices and the LMS Ensure training compliance across GMP, Quality and Health & Safety Identify skills gaps and deliver effective learning programmes Drive continuous improvement across training and capabilityGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Vertage Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
