As a Change Manager, you will lead medium to large-scale initiatives, manage workstreams, and drive readiness and adoption across Retail and Group Customer Operations.

We offer flexible, hybrid working and a 12-month secondment. Based at your nearest regional office, you will regularly visit Glasgow, Swindon or Northampton, with in-office requirements
