Transformation Change Manager - Hybrid Work

Tria in Central London (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of change across a major transformation programme. The role involves shaping change strategies that engage stakeholders, minimise disruption and deliver lasting business value.

You will work with Programme Managers, Project Managers and senior leaders to drive adoption and readiness across complex initiatives. Excellent collaboration, facilitation and communication skills are essential.
