Transformation Project Manager – AI & Enterprise Systems

Graphcore is seeking a Project Manager within the Data & Transformation function to lead cross-functional delivery of enterprise change initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, coordinating IT, Finance, People, Operations and external partners to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong PM fundamentals, stakeholder communication and experience with delivering complex business systems and data migrations in a multi-vendor environment.
