Trauma-Informed Domestic Abuse Outreach Advocate

Birmingham Solihull Women's Aid is seeking a Domestic Abuse Outreach Support Worker to deliver tailored, holistic support to women affected by violence living in the community, including practical and emotional assistance to increase safety and meet identified needs.

The role involves case management, risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, court support, and collaboration with BSWA’s Early Intervention Hub and partner agencies.
