Trauma-Informed Outreach Support Specialist

The Springboard Project seeks an experienced pupil support role for pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs, ideally in an SEMH setting. The role emphasizes pastoral support to help pupils overcome barriers in personal, social and learning development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate nurturing, empathetic and holistic behaviour management, resilience, and the ability to work with staff to deliver bespoke interventions and supervise pupils during lunch/break times.
