Travel consultant

Travel consultant  - Required for this long-haul tailormade specialist. Home based, salary up to £30,000, on target earning around £55,000 plus benefits. They are looking for a tailormade specialist, ideally with strong USA or Asia knowledge but are open .

Travel consultants duties

• Working from home, selling tailormade worldwide holidays, dealing with the customer from the initial call/email to completion of the booking.
• Designing bespoke itineraries around each clients interests, dates and budgets
• Converting warm inbound leads into confirmed bookings
• Hitting monthly targets on conversion and margin
• Building repeat and referal business

Travel consultants skills required

• 3 years minimum in travel sales
• Tailormade experience, not just selling package holidays
• Track record working to targets

Additional information

• They are open 9am to 8pm week days and 9am to 5.30pm Saturday and sunday
• You get a full weekend off every 4 weeks, the other 3 weeks you will work a Saturday or Sunday with  day off during the week
