Tunnelling Project Manager

Tunnelling General Foreman Required - Southampton

We are currently recruiting an experienced Tunnelling Site Manager for an exciting project based in Southampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in reinforced concrete, shaft sinking and tunnelling environments.

Accommodation paid for 6-12 months, company van and fuel card provided.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Hard working, dynamic with the ability to manage multiple projects in the tunnelling sector Experience in reinforced concrete, shaft sinking & working in a tunnelling environment. Defining project scopes, identifying technical requirements, and building robust, deliverable plans from ECI. Ability to manage the whole project lifecycle from design/ECI right through to commissioning Controlling costs, forecasting expenditures Managing teams & resources including the development of their teams. Managing contractual relationships-often utilizing frameworks like NEC4- variations and change management. Ensuring all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental legislation Proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks. Acting as the single point of contact between clients, contractors, regulatory bodies and local communities. Inspecting installations to verify they are completed to specification and comply with the latest industry best practices.Location: Southampton
