UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join their expanding digital product team, operating remotely from Brighton and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and experiences for our suite of applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, interaction design principles, and a passion for creating seamless digital journeys. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions, working in a flexible, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and accessibility.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all products.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for remote teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
