About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and digital products, focusing on user experience and usability.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing and persona development, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the development process.
• Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces across all digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and analytics data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
