About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join their product development team, working remotely from anywhere in the UK, with a focus on their operations based in Belfast . This role is critical in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that meet user needs and business objectives. You will translate complex user requirements into simple, elegant interfaces and seamless user flows across web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on prototypes.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement user-centered design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote, agile environment.
