About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Urban Design Architect to join their innovative, remote-based team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive urban design strategies, masterplans, and development frameworks.
• Create high-quality visual representations, including plans, elevations, 3D models, and infographics, to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct urban analysis, site assessments, and feasibility studies for potential development projects.
• Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and community groups, to foster consensus on design proposals.
• Advise on design policies, review development proposals, and contribute to planning applications.
• Promote best practices in sustainable urban development, placemaking, and inclusive design.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Urban Design.
• Proven experience in urban design, masterplanning, and architectural design leadership.
• Strong understanding of urban planning principles, development processes, and relevant legislation.
• Proficiency in CAD , BIM , GIS, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
