I’m working with a leading energy client that needs a senior Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Technical Consultant, and they want to move fast.

The basics

• Fully remote

• 6-month contract

What you’ll be doing

• Joining client requirement workshops and driving the solution design

• Preparing functional and technical design documents

• Applying Oracle technical methodologies and Oracle CC&B best practice to solve client pain points

• Troubleshooting and configuring UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs and service tasks

What you’ll bring

• Extensive Oracle CC&B technical design experience

• 2+ Oracle CC&B upgrades under your belt

• Strong requirements analysis, design and configuration skills in Oracle CC&B

• Good working knowledge of XAI, XSLT and XPath

• A keen eye on industry trends and new Oracle features, so clients get the best solution
