About the Role
Our client is looking for a talented and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team in Reading . This hybrid role focuses on crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences for their suite of software products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction and product success, requiring a deep understanding of user needs and best practices in interaction design. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and developers to bring user-centered designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and analytics data.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and a seamless user journey.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective in a hybrid work setting.
