About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join their remote team, based out of Cambridge . This role is crucial in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. You will translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
- Expertise in UX design principles , user research methodologies, and usability testing.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of front-end development capabilities and constraints.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a fully remote environment .
