About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join their product development team in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms, translating user needs and business requirements into elegant and functional interfaces. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will shape the user journey and visual design of our products. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about creating seamless and delightful user interactions, contributing to a team that values user feedback and iterative design processes within a vibrant office culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language and style guide for all digital products.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and provide detailed specifications.
- Usability test designs and iterate based on feedback and data analysis to optimize user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of user experience principles , interaction design, and visual design best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
