UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all digital products.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and usability testing results.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InDesign.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
