This is a chance to take your career into the supercar market, working with exceptional automotive brands in a high-specification workshop with the facilities and support to develop your skills further.
The dealership is looking for an experienced, all-round Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 qualification and MOT Licence. In return, you'll have access to manufacturer training, funded courses abroad and a pathway towards Master Technician status, giving you the opportunity to build specialist knowledge and progress your career with some seriously impressive vehicles.
With built-in toolboxes, excellent workshop facilities and a bonus structure averaging around £10,000 per year, this is a role that combines a premium working environment with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing a variety of high-end vehicles.
- Carrying out mechanical repairs, inspections and diagnostic work.
- Using computer-based diagnostic equipment to identify faults and establish effective repairs.
- Completing road tests to verify repairs and ensure vehicles meet the required standards.
- Carrying out MOT tests and ensuring all work complies with relevant legislation and procedures.
- Maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship across every job.
- Taking advantage of manufacturer training and development opportunities, working towards Master Technician status.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
- Valid MOT Tester Licence.
- A capable all-round Vehicle Technician, confident with servicing, repairs, diagnostics and fault-finding.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the standards expected when working with high-end vehicles.
- A keen interest in developing their technical knowledge and gaining further manufacturer qualifications.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary of £35,000–£40,000+, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Time-saving, upselling and group bonus schemes, averaging approximately £10,000 per year.
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. 1-in-3 Saturdays, 8am–1pm.
- Some flexibility around working hours may be possible.
