Vehicle Technician / HGV Technician / REME Technician

Location: Doncaster Permanent | Full-Time NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Accepted Multiple Permanent Vacancies

Our team is recruiting Vehicle Technicians, HGV Technicians and REME/Military Technicians for multiple permanent opportunities with a major automotive operation in Doncaster.

We can consider technicians with NVQ Level 2 or Level 3, as well as experienced REME and Armed Forces technicians with relevant military qualifications and hands-on mechanical experience.

Who We Want to Hear From

We are interested in:

*

Vehicle Technicians

*

*

*

REME Vehicle Mechanics

*

Technicians who have been out of the automotive industry and want to return

If you have spent your career maintaining military vehicles, HGVs, commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles or automotive equipment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

Candidates can be considered with:

NVQ / IMI Level 2 – Accepted NVQ / IMI Level 3 – Accepted Relevant REME / military technical qualifications and experience – Welcomed

You do not necessarily need previous dealership experience.

For military candidates, we understand that your qualifications and experience may not look exactly like their civilian equivalent. We will look at your technical capability and transferable experience, not simply your previous job title.

Leaving the Armed Forces?

We particularly want to hear from REME and other technically trained Armed Forces personnel who are:

*

Currently in resettlement

*

Approaching their discharge date

*

Already veterans

*

Looking for their first civilian technical role

*

Unsure whether their military qualifications transfer into automotive

Don't rule yourself out because you haven't worked in a civilian dealership.

If you've maintained and repaired complex military vehicles and equipment, your experience could be highly transferable.
