Vehicle Technician – Epsom, Surrey Basic salary up to £45,000 DOE | OTE £60,000–£65,000 for top performers Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm | Saturday rota: 1 in 4, 8:30am–12:30pm, paid at time and a half Are you a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with at least two years’ hands-on experience? ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting experienced Vehicle Technicians for an established, multi-brand main dealer in Epsom. With several workshops covering franchised brands and used vehicles, this is an opportunity to join a substantial technical team and work across a varied range of cars. The role

* Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards. * Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and complete the necessary repairs. * Undertake vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting additional work required. * Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. * Accurately record work completed and communicate findings to the service team. * Work alongside other technicians to support workshop productivity and customer service. What we’re looking for * Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent. * At least two years’ practical experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician. * Strong servicing, repair and fault-finding skills. * A thorough approach to your work and pride in getting the job done properly. * The ability to work independently and contribute to a busy workshop team. * A manageable commute to Epsom, ideally within around 40 minutes. What’s on offer * Basic salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications. * Individual and team productivity bonuses, with OTE of £60,000–£65,000 achievable for top performers. * Saturday overtime paid at time and a half. * A Monday–Friday working week with a 1-in-4 Saturday morning commitment. * The opportunity to work within an established, multi-brand dealership environment.
