Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician for an exciting opportunity within a prestigious automotive dealership in Luton.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join an established workshop environment, working alongside an experienced team and carrying out a varied range of servicing, maintenance and repair work.

With an attractive earning potential of up to £55,000 OTE, this is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking to develop their career within a premium automotive environment.

The Package

Basic salary of £32,000–£38,000, dependent on experience.

*

OTE up to £55,000.

*

Monday–Friday working pattern.

*

Saturday rota to be confirmed (currently expected to be approximately 1 in 4 Saturday mornings).

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:

*

Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to vehicles.

*

Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.

*

Identifying mechanical and electrical issues.

*

Completing vehicle health checks and reporting additional work required.

*

Carrying out repairs efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely and accurately.

*

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

What We'Re Looking For

*

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.

*

City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.

*

Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade.

*

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

*

Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

A professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
