Conduct vehicle health checks accurately and thoroughly Perform routine vehicle services adhering to franchise standards Complete additional repairs authorised by the customer Handle warranty repairs efficiently Road test vehicles following repairs to ensure fault rectification Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accurate documentation Maintain a professional approach to customer service and vehicle reliabilityRequirements:
