Video Editor & Producer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Video Editor & Producer to join their fully remote content creation team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various platforms, including marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications. This role requires a blend of technical editing skills and creative storytelling ability to capture attention and convey messages effectively. Working remotely, you will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to bring their vision to life, ensuring polished, engaging video products that meet project objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling and polished video content, ensuring narrative flow and visual appeal.
• Operate video and audio equipment for filming various types of content.
• Develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts in collaboration with project managers.
• Add graphics, animations, music, and sound effects to enhance video production.
• Manage post-production workflow, including color correction, audio mixing, and final rendering.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Producer, with a strong portfolio of diverse video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
