Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines and assist with task management for remote and in-office team members.
- Manage electronic document flow, ensuring all files are organised and accessible in the cloud.
- Schedule and coordinate hybrid meetings, preparing necessary materials and taking minutes when required.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing correspondence effectively.
- Support the management team with research, data compilation, and presentation preparation.
- Assist with the maintenance of databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, with exposure to hybrid work models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
