Virtual Event Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team, supporting operations from Cardiff remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of online events, ensuring seamless attendee experiences and successful outcomes. You will leverage your expertise in virtual event platforms and digital engagement strategies to create impactful online gatherings that meet client objectives, working independently within a collaborative remote structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual events, including webinars, conferences, and online workshops.
• Manage all technical aspects of virtual events, including platform selection, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event flow.
• Develop engaging content and promotional materials for virtual events.
• Monitor event performance, analyze data, and provide post-event reports and recommendations.
• Liaise with marketing and communications teams to promote events and drive registrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating and managing virtual events or online conferences.
• Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Cvent).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote-first setting.
• Experience in digital marketing and attendee engagement strategies is a plus.
