Virtual Learning Assistant

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Learning Assistant to support educators and students within their online learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to teachers and students using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Moodle).
• Manage and update course content, assignments, and student records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Monitor virtual classroom sessions, troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, and offer solutions.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of digital learning materials and resources.
• Facilitate online communication between students, teachers, and administrative staff.
• Support the organisation and administration of online assessments and examinations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and common virtual meeting software.
