About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Virtual Skin Health Coach to guide clients through personalized skincare journeys from the comfort of their homes. You will leverage digital tools to assess client needs, provide tailored recommendations for products and routines, and offer ongoing support to help clients achieve their skin health goals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual skin assessments and consultations via video calls and digital questionnaires.
- Develop personalized, long-term skincare plans that address specific concerns such as acne, aging, or sensitivity.
- Educate clients on ingredient efficacy, product selection, and the science behind healthy skin.
- Provide consistent remote follow-up and support, adjusting plans as needed based on client progress.
- Maintain detailed records of client consultations, progress, and recommendations using our client's CRM system.
Requirements
- Certification or degree in Esthetics, Dermatology Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in skincare consultation or coaching, preferably in a remote setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and cosmetic ingredients.
- Proficiency with virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and digital record-keeping.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and motivational skills to foster client adherence and success.
