As the UK’s leading addiction recovery charity, we bring expertise in recovery, reducing reoffending, homelessness and employment support, helping people recognise their potential and build a better future. About HMP Millsike HMP Millsike is committed to a modern, evidence-based approach to prison delivery, combining public protection with a strong focus on rehabilitation and personal development. At the heart of Millsike is a culture that empowers individuals to make positive choices, develop essential life skills and build the emotional resilience needed to achieve lasting change. Through partnership working, research and innovative approaches to resettlement, HMP Millsike aims to become a leader in reducing reoffending and creating meaningful opportunities for people leaving prison. A key ambition is to ensure that at least 26% of prisoners move directly into employment on release.
