About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their fully remote team, supporting their retail operations based near Cardiff . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual merchandising strategies that enhance product appeal and drive sales, all coordinated remotely. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to translate brand aesthetics into engaging online and offline displays, creating cohesive and inspiring retail experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards for all retail channels, adaptable for remote execution.
• Create visually appealing product displays and store layouts that align with brand identity and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure consistent visual presentation across online platforms.
• Source and manage props, fixtures, and display materials, coordinating logistics remotely.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to optimise visual merchandising effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest visual merchandising trends and competitor best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative display design and execution.
• Excellent understanding of colour theory, spatial design, and branding principles.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
