About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their dynamic retail team in Leeds . You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and store layouts that attract customers, enhance the brand image, and drive sales. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of consumer psychology, and the ability to translate marketing concepts into impactful in-store experiences. You will work across various store locations, implementing seasonal campaigns and ensuring brand consistency throughout the retail space in Leeds and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement captivating window displays and in-store merchandising layouts.
• Create compelling product displays that highlight key items and promotions.
• Ensure all merchandising adheres to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to execute campaign strategies effectively.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising best practices and display maintenance.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of displays.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Ability to interpret brand strategies and translate them into effective visual presentations.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations in and around Leeds and adapt to a hybrid working model.
