About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the aesthetic appeal and shopping experience of their retail store in Leeds . You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually engaging displays that attract customers, showcase products effectively, and align with the brand's identity. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling in-store presentations that drive sales and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies for the store, including window displays and in-store layouts.
• Create impactful product displays that highlight key items and promotions.
• Ensure all visual merchandising adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across the store.
• Collaborate with the store management team to align visual strategies with sales objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels related to display needs and communicate requirements for props and fixtures.
• Stay updated on industry trends in visual merchandising and retail design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual merchandising , preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial layout.
• Excellent creativity and aesthetic sensibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work is highly desirable.
