About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their dynamic team in Leeds . In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and store layouts that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the store management and marketing teams to implement brand strategies and ensure a consistent, attractive brand image across all visual elements. This hybrid role allows for both in-store execution and some remote planning, offering a balanced approach to creative visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute compelling in-store visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines.
• Plan and implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches through visual elements.
• Ensure all displays are maintained to a high standard, reflecting brand aesthetic and product availability.
• Collaborate with store teams to provide guidance and training on visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor retail trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage and maintain visual merchandising budgets and resources effectively in Leeds .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a related creative retail role.
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and space planning.
• Excellent spatial reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with design software is a plus, though not strictly required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other store locations as needed for this hybrid role.
