Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies for window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency and aesthetic appeal across all visual displays, adhering to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the store management and buying teams to plan seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Source and manage props, fixtures, and display materials, ensuring they are cost-effective and suitable.
• Keep abreast of current retail design trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain high standards of display presentation, ensuring areas are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful visual merchandising projects and design concepts.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and visual presentation techniques.
• Creative flair and an eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for display installations.
