About the Role

Our client is searching for a creative and trend-aware Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Belfast , with a hybrid working arrangement. This role is responsible for creating visually appealing displays and store layouts that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You will interpret brand guidelines, create compelling product presentations, and ensure the store environment is consistently inspiring and engaging for shoppers. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement captivating window and in-store displays according to seasonal campaigns and brand standards.
• Ensure all merchandising is executed to a high standard, maintaining brand consistency across the store.
• Collaborate with the store management team to maximize product exposure and sales potential.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure effective product rotation and presentation.
