Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the aesthetic appeal and sales potential of their retail store in Bradford . You will be responsible for creating captivating window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations that align with brand identity and marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong sense of style, an understanding of retail trends, and the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful displays. You will work collaboratively with store management to ensure the store environment is consistently attractive and inviting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing window displays and in-store merchandising layouts.
• Select and arrange products to highlight key items, promotions, and new arrivals.
• Ensure all displays are clean, well-maintained, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management to develop and execute seasonal and promotional visual merchandising plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends and competitor activities.
• Train store staff on visual presentation standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail visual role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative display concepts and execution.
• Excellent spatial awareness and a keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Knowledge of retail trends and an understanding of how visual merchandising impacts sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively in the Bradford store.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
