Voids Contracts Lead: Drive Performance & Value

Peabody is seeking an experienced Voids Contract Manager to drive performance, improve customer outcomes and return empty homes to use quickly and efficiently.

You will oversee voids contracts, monitor KPIs and spend, support procurement and governance, and use data and stakeholder insight to deliver service improvements across the organization.
