• Reviewing and continuously improving the volunteer learning and development programme to ensure it remains relevant, accessible and effective
• Working collaboratively with volunteers and volunteer managers to co-produce new learning content and improve existing resources

• Delivering engaging volunteer training, induction sessions and development opportunities through a range of formats
• Providing advice, guidance and support to staff, volunteers and volunteer managers on volunteer learning and development matters
• Collecting, analysing and using data, feedback and insight to inform improvements and measure impact
• Working with local teams across the organisation to support the delivery of volunteer learning and development activity
• Supporting the implementation of organisational volunteering priorities and changes in practice, particularly relating to learning and development
• Managing and maintaining volunteer learning and development tools, systems and resources

What we're looking for

• Experience of developing and delivering learning solutions, including e-learning, online events and blended learning approaches
• Experience of using learning management systems or virtual learning environments to support learning and development activity
• Experience of working with volunteers and a good understanding of volunteer management and development
• Ability to design inclusive learning experiences for people with different needs, experiences and barriers to participation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues and volunteers
• Experience of using data, feedback and insight to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to creating positive volunteer experiences
