We are seeking a proactive, resilient and people-focused Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor who thrives on improving operations, introducing effective processes and building strong, high-performing teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, consistency and positive change to a busy warehouse environment. You will have the autonomy to review existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical processes that enhance efficiency, accountability and overall performance.
A key part of the Warehouse Manager's role will be engaging and motivating the team, establishing clear expectations and fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement. You will be confident navigating change, challenging established practices constructively and winning the trust and respect of colleagues at all levels.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong operational expertise with the interpersonal skills, resilience and determination to make a lasting difference.

25 days plus Bank Holidays + holiday purchase scheme
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours
Experience and skills required:
Management experience within a fast-paced warehousing environment. Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be beneficial. Process driven and proficient in the use of ERP systems. Self-starter with proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. Solution focused leader. Experience working with KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. Good understanding of health & safety, quality and compliance within a warehouse. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads.This role will suit a Warehouse leader who is motivated by a challenge, takes pride in developing people and can demonstrate tangible improvements in team performance, operational efficiency and working practices.
